UNDERTAKING
1. That I have procured the photocopies of the answer script(s) of the subjects I wish to re-evaluate.
2. That I shall maintain utmost secrecy regarding the contents of the answer scripts and the marks awarded therein as the originals are still the property of MBOSE.
3. That I shall not use the photocopies for any other purpose other than to decide on the Question of applying for re-evaluation.
4. That I shall not reveal the contents of the photocopy/copies to the media or rise any Scurrilous allegations against MBOSE.
5. That I shall return all the original documents of the examination including Marks Sheet, Certificate and Admit Card in case the Board deems fit to declare the result null and void and the Examination cancelled.
Note:
Willful violation of any of the terms of the above undertaking at items 1,2, and 3 above shall attract appropriate action to be initiated by the Board including declaration of the result null and void and cancellation of the Examination.
I declare that the information entered/submitted are true and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief and if any of them is found to be incorrect, my registration shall be liable to be cancelled and I shall be liable to such other disciplinary action as may be decided upon by the Meghalaya Board.
